Youll be happy you stayed here!
The two best decisions we made on our trip to Sukhothai was to stay in Old Sukhothai and to stay at this guesthouse. Each room is its own bungalow/cottage type of building with beautiful front porches. The rooms are not huge but adequate and are kept very clean.
You can rent bikes for the day from the hotel and ride them to the park or wherever else you like. Its a quick bike ride into the old town or to the park. I can also recommend the restaurant down the street from the hotel. Instead of turning right on the main road, turn left and its the first restaurant you come across. You will see a sign.
Staying here allows you to wake up early in the morning and grab a bike for an early visit to the park. Youll have the place to yourself, the orange glow in the early morning is stunning, and its free (watch where the locals enter to the right of the main entrance). Then you ride back to the hotel for breakfast!

The guesthouse is really clean , new and pretty. The staff there are also quite welcoming and warm. Their guesthouse should be the best choice in Sukhothai. If you want to stay near the old town, and do not want to spend too much money, Thai Thai is your No 1. choice.

Wonderfully charming hotel, friendly helpful staff
Very clean, excellent presentation, great air con and free wifi
wonderfully charming thai wooden bungalow based accommodation. luxuriously presented rooms with very clean and smart bathrooms, great air con and free wifi. 10 minute walk from old sukhothai itself the staff are very happy to call you a tuk-tuk or you can rent a bicycle from them. great and very generous breakfast.

excellent place near the old city
We stayed two nights at this guesthouse in between stays in bangkok and chiang mai and I must say that I was really happy that I chose to book this accomodation. If you want to stay in the old city and avoid the morning traffic/hassle from the un-cosy new city then this guesthouse is your place to go!
The rooms are nice, well maintained en very clean. Each bungalow stands on itself and has a porch to sit in the evening. The only downside were the beds which have "spring matrasses" (dno if this is a correct english term)
It is very close to the old city, we actually did the whole old city visit by foot which is very doable in a day.
The breakfast was good for this type off accomodation and is prepared on the minute. There is also a thai restaurant nearby. A good tip for the evening, take a bike to the old city and have dinner in "the coffee cup", they have a wide selection of western and thai food (and an excellent burger.

Quiet and well kept
Close to the ruins and friendly staff

i truly enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. the staff was extremely friendly and took interest in our travel plans. teh owner/manager was very kind and helpful. we ran into her in town and she recommended a restaurant that served amazing dishes, in fact, it was the best food of our entire trip.

It was great! The little bungalows are very cute and confortable. The city is not far from the hotel. there is a good restaurant close the thai thai sukhothai. Sukhothai is a city that can easily be visited by bike!
I recommand to go there. I was there in the raining season and the weather was GREAT.
